Research Retainer (7 hours)

How the retainer works:

  • Flexible consultancy on retainer valid for 6 months

  • Book by half day (3.5 hours), or full day(7 hours), use your hours whenever you need support.

  • Retainer covers consultancy, research, and project support as agreed. Larger projects may require a separate contract.

  • Your retainer stays valid for 6 months from payment.

  • Scheduling is by mutual agreement. I’ll try to accommodate urgent requests but can’t guarantee immediate availability.

  • Pay upfront (plus a £5 admin fee for card transactions).

  • Need to move something? I’ll do my best to reallocate within your retainer window.

  • You’ll get a balance email on the 15th of each month with hours used/remaining and your expiry date.

Consultancy Retainer – Terms & Conditions

Parties
These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between:

  • Provider: Leila Ainge, Ainge Consulting Ltd trading as Psych Insight (Company No. 12220377), website: www.leilaainge.co.uk.

  • Client: The individual or organisation purchasing the consultancy retainer.

Use of Hours
Retainer hours (hourly, half day, or full day) can be used flexibly for ad hoc consultancy, research, or project support.

Validity
Purchased hours must be used within 6 months of payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Booking
Work will be scheduled by mutual agreement. Urgent requests will be considered but immediate availability cannot be guaranteed.

Payment
Payment is required in advance to secure the retainer. A £5 admin fee applies to cover card transactions.

Cancellation / Changes
Once booked, hours are non-refundable. Where possible, hours may be reallocated within the retainer period.

Scope
Retainer covers consultancy, research, or project support as agreed. Larger projects may require a separate contract.

Reporting
A monthly balance email will be provided on the 15th of each month, showing hours purchased, used, remaining, and the retainer expiry date.

VAT
Ainge Consulting Ltd is not currently VAT registered; the prices quoted are the final costs.
